Shipping policy

All orders are charged at a flat rate of $15. Your products are shipped from our clinic in Moama and our standard shipping option delivers in 2-8 business days for most Metro postcodes. In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

All orders are dispatched with Australia Post. Once dispatched with Australia Post, expected delivery times for each region are as follows:

1-3 business days WA
2-6 business days NSW, ACT, SA & QLD, NT, Tasmania

The customer is responsible for covering all costs associated with returns, shipping costs are non-refundable.

For return of products valued at over $75, we advise the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for the shipping of your returned item.
