How it works: CoolPeel® uses a high-tech fractional 10,600nm CO₂ laser to deliver controlled micro-injuries to the skin’s surface. Unlike traditional CO₂ lasers, it skips the deep heat, focusing on the superficial layers. This precise approach triggers collagen production and accelerates skin renewal—minimising wrinkles, refining pores, and improving texture—while keeping downtime to a minimum.

What's included: Full face or Neck & Décolletage of CoolPeel laser, followed by a customised application of Mesothearpy Skin Boosters, and a cooling Sheet Mask (for face treatments) to boost results and minimise downtime. You will be required to apply topical numbing to the treatment area for 30 minutes prior to your treatment.

Downtime: Skin will be red for 1-3 days, and have a sandpaper-like texture for 5-7 days post treatment. Makeup can we worn 48 hours post treatment and regular skincare can be used 7 days post treatment.

The result is smoother, firmer, and more even-toned skin with improved texture and reduced wrinkles, scars, and pigmentation. The fractional pattern allows for quicker recovery compared to traditional full-field resurfacing.

What's included: For full face DOT Therapy, a customised blend of Mesothearpy Skin Boosters and a cooling Sheet Mask (for face treatments) are applied post laser to boost results and minimise downtime. For neck & décolletage treatments, just Mesotherapy Skin Boosters are applied post treatment. You will be required to apply topical numbing to the treatment area 30 minutes prior to your treatment.

Downtime: Skin will be red for 5-7 days, and have a sandpaper-like texture for 7 days post treatment. Expect swelling for at least 5 days. Antihistamines can be taken prior and post treatment to help manage swelling. If you are prone to cold sores, you will be required to take an antiviral for 5 days post treatment to avoid triggering a cold sore. 

Number of treatments required: Depending on the skin condition and concern, a single session of DOT Therapy may be sufficient. In cases where deeper lines or scarring is present, 2-3 sessions spaced 8 weeks apart may be required.
